Felt great today. Ran 12 x 400m with a relay partner. Basically, I had between 65 and 67 seconds of rest between each quarter since we kept tagging one another at the finish line. My partner was a D3 national champion in the 10k if I'm not mistaken. Needless to say, he could run... we lapped a lot of people... everyone, actually... many times. Great workout overall. I'm gonna feel this one tomorrow.
