Notes

Nice and consistent throughout, running 7:26 to 7:35 miles apart from first mile. Decided to throw in 3 miles at MP towards the end, running two laps in Bishop's Park coming back from Wimbledon Common. That did definitely make the workout much harder and I felt pretty tired running the last 2.3 miles home from Bishop's Park. Nice end to a good mileage week.
