Notes

Session was 7 x 1000 m. I did 7 x 800 m and took it quite easy on the first couple of intervals due to fatigue from the increased mileage. Tried to go faster on each subsequent interval. Worked out pretty well. Timing on last one clearly shows that I took it easy on the first ones, should probably have done them all in around 2:50.
