Notes

Had breakfast before 9 am and didn't eat anything else before running long at 1:30 pm. Had to fit it around E's nap, but not great planning. Ran approximately 12 miles with E and felt pretty weak throughout. Pacing was even judged from the lap times (~35 minutes) in the park.
