South of England Masters' Championships. One moderate hill that we had to climb three times and terrible headwind several places. Slowed down on third lap, but again quite happy with effort and time. Didn't run at all in week leading up to this due to illness. Distance was very close to 10 k, so good time considering wind and elevation; no mud to speak of.
