Notes

Up to Charing Cross, down to Putney Bridge, out to Barnes Bridge, two loops. Kept it easy all the way, legs and feet not feeling super. All miles were 7:40 - 8:00 pace, didn't slow towards the end. Had my Camelbak with water and a little Ribena and also ate a small banana. First 70+ miles week!
