2 km warmup then 6 x 2 min at 5% gradient at 4:41 pace (7:33 mile pace) with 2 min recoveries at 5:00 pace (8:03 mile pace). Had plenty of energy left and finished the run near marathon pace, so not really a cooldown I guess.
