Terrible run, still suffering from pain around upper abs when running. On top of that I wasn't feeling 100% and after 1h30, I felt like I had run a marathon, was completely drained despite having a gel and a cereal bar and plenty of electrolyte water. Managed a bit more shuffling with some walking breaks and then final 20 min of just walking. Felt feverish and very weak all afternoon and evening. Not good!
