Pretty tough session with a short rest between intervals. Happy with the pacing, despite the slowing down on the third set. Total time was 22 sec faster (nearly 2 sec per lap) than similar session 4 weeks ago (four sets of 3 x 400 with 4 min rest between sets). That should equate to a 7 sec/mile improvement or 45 sec on the 10 k. Not bad!
