Ran from winfield to the dam road. This was a very difficult run for me again. Felt poor 70% of the time and never felt great. Really struggled. At end, vomited and then went to sleep for 2 hours. felt better when I awoke. I am stopping the hammer products. I used perpetuam, hammer gel, andthis run and really don't think it gives me the electorlytes and calories I need. This was a hot day, and I hadn't slept much the night before. Slept in very cold van with maxwell.
