Ran forest with trail and then out to Bent Tree. Bella refused to run after a couple miles so I had to bring her home and finish with Forest. Pushed hard at times and felt good, then would feel dead for a bit. Kind of back and forth. hills and wind were not kind to me today. Warm and sunny
