Notes

My weigth has jumped significantly these last few weeks and I have been feeling a little depressed. Might need to start running more in the morning to get my fix in early.

Ran from front door on flat side of hill, did loop acroos the street backwards, and then ran back on flat side of hill. Windy and a little chilly, but not bad.
