Did my last long long run before RRR. Ran around Red Rock Canyon, then over to section 16, did the loop then back to Red Rock Canyon. Ran from there back to Paul Intemann and ran the new trail all the way through to Ruxton. Went up Ute Pass Trail, Longs Ranch Road, to Barr Camp. Ran Barr trail back to PI, back to Red Rock canyon. Overall felt good. Didn't push it very hard.
