SAP Intervals 1 SAP/1 MAP x 7
20 mintue warm up to MEP
I started the first interval and it felt so good to run fast I forgot to stop at the minute mark. Did first interval for 2 minutes then recovered for 2 then did 1/1 for the remaing times. I found that it took most or more of the recover minute to return to MAP. Hopefully this will improve.
