13 Mile run, 7 degrees out. I left my house at 6:55 am and ran downtown to meet Jessica at 7am and we ran 3 miles around town then ran back downtown to run 10 more miles with the running club at 7:30. finished by running to eastview w/Illana and then going back home. At some portions of our run we were averaging 8:40's according to Jessica's garmin which was better than we anticipated due to some of the roads being snowy in the beginning and also some hills. I wore a long sleeve, red jacket and vest over that and ski gloves. Very cold run but a great run.
