23 degrees, decent 6.2 mile run overall. It wasn't 'tempo' nor 'easy'. usually I run a tempo run on sunday but my first 2 mile warmup was very slow since I was hesitant running down ash street., the I turned onto blueberry and the entire street was still packed with snow..so was thayer heights.. It was as if I was running on sand on a beach. Can't believe it's 4 days after the blizzard and blueberry was still so packed w/snow. However, although running slow it was a hard effort with the packed snow. So, for the rest of my run I ran fast when I could and then just ran as was possible and had to stop several times to walk over blocks of snow. Still a decent run. I'm fine w/my overall average of 8:35 per mile. I picked up the pace on the mile loop road which was paved for the most part. Saw Jean Cann out running. I wore a short sleeve tech shirt and my red jacket.
