winning streak continues in today's Military Peer Support 5K in Milford. likely the only time in my life I'll ever win a 5K on a saturday/sunday. Regardless, I was much happier w/my time today than yesterday's 5k today I ran 30 seconds faster and is USATF certified course (they used the same Cam Neely 5K course ). For my win today I won a case of Muscle Milk and a box of Cliff Bars. Today's race was the 3rd time in my life I've ever raced a 5K under 21 minutes so that's what I'm happy about, yesterday's 5K time deflated me so when Keiron suggested that I race today I decided why not.
