Notes

Level 2. I can feel myself getting stronger. I can hold the plank pose longer, do more arm presses, almost complete the chair sit v's, I do all the walking pushups...it's really encouraging. I tried listening to Jillian's encouragement for once. I did the cool down too, which I never do.
