.5 mi warm up, walking briskly. 5 mi run. Really solid run. Not a great pace but a good distance-run. Good focus, pacing and breathing. Used the BuddyRunner app for Android for the first time with music. It was pretty good but I don't know if I like carrying my phone with me in the rain. A little lag time when using both BuddyRunner and music. But a nice app for mapping your route and calculating pace. I'm bad at math under normal circumstances, even worse under cardio duress.
