Captain’s log (resumed): The threshold felt a little tough. I started out tired, but I blame that on not fully adjusting to my school sleep schedule. Brody and I ended up being off pace by about 20 sec on average. Brody’s watch was clocking us at a 6:35 at the beginning and a 6:50 when finished with a 7:03 pace.
