Captain’s log Day 44: Today was tough on my lungs and chest in general. I woke up feeling like a chain smoker after they got their throat roundhouse kicked by Chuck Norris. Some how, despite all of this, I managed to pull off 5 miles. In doing so, I returned a runaway dog back to its home, saw my friend Kevin, and didn’t quit. I’m starting to think I should’ve stayed home today though.
