Captain’s log Day 57: Today was the mile time trial. It began with a 2 mile warmup. I ran the trial in 6 min. flat, and that’s the fastest mile I think I’ve ever run. Afterwards, I had an extra 3 miles to do. Because warmups don’t count, I ran 4 today, but technically I got 6 in.
