Captain’s log Day 13: And the Lord spoke, saying, ‘First shalt thou take out thy Holy Running Shoes. Then, shalt thou run five miles, no more, no less. Five shall be the number of miles thou shalt run, and the number of the mileage shall be five. Six miles shalt thou not run, nor either run thou four, excepting that thou then proceed to five. Six is right out! Once the number five, being the fifth number, be reached, then run thou with thy Holy Running Shoes of Antioch towards the finish line, who being naughty in my sight, shall snuff it.’
