8 hours sleep, V8 and banana breakfast. Was supposed to do Yasso's but didn't even attempt them - figured I'd do a tempo. First mile felt great, second mile not so great, third horrible. Almost gave up at 2.5, but convinced myself that I should do at least 6 if I wanted to make this my easy day. Felt good after 3 and figured I'd make it 9 easy. By 5 I was in a good rhythm and decided to push it - turned into a progressive tempo - each mile faster. Felt great at the end. Don't ever give up on a run until after 3 miles.
