Best track practice ever! Greek yogurt, banana, NRG bar and OJ at 5. Simple interval workout - 800 x 7 @5k with 1:30 rest between. Rand strong and consistent. Would actually have liked to have done an 8th! Hope this continues for the next month and a half...
