4 hours sleep, yogurt, v8, banana breakfast an hour before. Started out fine, a bit stiff, but ended up with serious bathroom issues and had to cut it a mile and three quarters short. Very hilly run, but with some decent flat and downhill stretches to time bank, so I'm very happy with the 10:15 pace.
