8 hours sleep, V8 and banana breakfast. Decent Tempo run in the big picture - right time overall, but with uneven tempo intervals, and made some of the time up with a too fast cool-down. Should have been 10:30 wam-up/cool-down and 8:37 tempo miles. So, off-track in terms of prep for the 10k on Sunday, but indicates that tempos for the marathon training should go well.
