8 hours sleep, V8 and banana breakfast. First run on the Freeman Rail Trail, and it was quite nice.Going south from Chelmsford involves passing through woods, wetlands and a pretty pond. It was a bit foggy early on, which only made it prettier. Not too many people - only passed by a couple of bikers and a couple of walkers. Maybe it will get a bit more crowded with the summer?
