9 hours sleep, Banana, V8 coffee, Wegman's "Marathon" bread with butter and jelly. Perfect day for a race, though a bit windy along the water. Original plan was for 2:10-2:05. Didn't train that hard and didn't feel like there was anything to prove this time out. Felt great after the initial hills, so I went for hit. Tough time along the water, running into the wind, with the back of the right thigh cramping up. Never fully recovered, but was able to push on at the originally planned pace of about 9:30.
So, another fantastic NBHM. Love this race.
