8 hours sleep, V8 and banana breakfast. Path was very chunky in places, snowy in others. Like running on a combination of beach sand and marbles.Loud too! Gave up on the trail at the 2 mile point and ran all the way back to the gym (the 0.3), then did 1.7 on the treadmill. Gotta get new headphones.
