Lemon Flax NRG bar, banana, OJ dinner. 2 mile tempo run at 15K pace (8:45 target). Bummed it was a tempo run, and needed more mileage, but it was a good "easing back" workout after missing two weaks due to rain. Felt strong the whole time, but was really pushing it the last two laps of the tempo run. Did a "tag" game after the tempo run, and made it three laps in that.
Watch got all screwed up - hit stop instead of lap by mistake, so the stats are a bit fudged.
