Notes

Decided to make this a tempo since revising the plan the other day. Definitely tougher to run faster on the treadmill - always wanting to look down at the distance/time. But i did it, without too much mental suffering. First mile eased up to 10:30 after two minutes. Miles 2 and 3 at 9:30-9:0, last mile at 10:20.
