8.5 hours sleep, V8 and banana breakfast. Had to do this tempo run at home because the plumbing inspector is supposed to come by later. It's just too hilly around here for a strict temp run. Plan goal was 8:33, my realistic goal was 8:50. Didn't make that, but did pretty good overall because the warmup and cooldown were faster than plan. 9:45-10:00 does seem to be my standard pace now.
