8 hours sleep, Bagel and cream cheese breakfast with V8 and coffee. 2 bottles Ultima, one water and three cherry shot blocks. Very windy. First 9 miles were great, then got the weakies really bad - had to sit for a bit. Last two miles were painful - very sore and cold legs running straight into the wind.
