8 hours sleep, V8, banana and milk breakfast. Very nice easy run. Had to take a pit-stop at BC, but felt very comfortable throughout. Note- time includes waiting to cross Mass Ave (didn't notice until mile 2 that I forgot to turn auto-lap and auto-pause back on after track). I should go through old notes and see if this is a consistent pattern after a track workout.
