Banana, NRG bar and orange juice 2 hours before. 1.5 mile warmup, 400,800,1200,1200,1200,800,400 at 5K pace. middle one should have been 800 or 1600, but I had a side stitch in the last quarter lap of 1200, so I stopped there. Really should have only done 800 since I'm only up to 30 miles a week, but hey, WTF. 3 lap on the outside lane cool-down. Pretty humid, but felt good.
