8.5 hours sleep, V8, banana, nrg bar, yogurt breakfast. Very hard starting out. Really didn't feel comfortable until about 5 miles. Comfortable groove through about 11. Muscles achy the last few miles, but the energy was there. Ran into some charity 5k run/walk coming in the opposite direction between Arsenal St. and the Elliot bridge.
