8 hours sleep. Bagel w/ cream cheese, V8, coffee breakfast. Mediocre to poor recovery run. Kinda surprised mile 3 was under 11, walked/shuffled part of the way. Breakfast kind of sat with me, and mis-plotted course beforehand using KM instead of miles, so when I got to where I thought I'd be at nearly 3 miles I was really at only 1.5 miles. Goal was 10:40 miles, so in the scheme of things this wasn't too bad.
