8 hours sleep, V8 and banana breakfast. Crunchy snow and ice made it slow and sore going. Pretty much like trail running with the frozen lumpy snow and ice patches on the pathways. Calves, shins and feet hurting pretty steady for the first two miles or so. But it really did feel good overall.
