8.5 hours sleep, V8, banana and oatmeal breakfast. Half a thing of coffee on the way in. That was a LONG run. Had it's ups and downs, but overall I'd say it felt good throughout. Really difficult to get going again after water stops in the last 6 miles or so. Sped up at the end, and the pain was no worse going faster than slower - lesson learned.
