8 hours sleep, v8 and banana breakfast, two mugs of coffee. Mid day run on the treadmill at home before lunch. Not too bad for a treadmill run. Speed is a bit deceptive - the footpod definitely exaggerates the distance, but I ran 4.25 based on the treadmill, so I definitely did get in the needed miles. Listened to WTF podcast and skimmed through National Geographic. That combo of activity made it bearable for 40 minutes.
