Notes
8 hours sleep, V8, banana, yogurt, grapenuts, maple syrup, coffee breakfast. Got started a little late, could have used another hour of sleep, but it went OK. Last 4 miles were pretty tough - walked the steep uphill at 11 miles just after route 9. But I made it, and was able to run the last 2.5. This is the stage of training where 26 seems impossible because just doing a little more than a half is soo hard. Looking forward to the stage where it's easy :)
