8 hours sleep, V8 and banana breakfast. Felt good and strong the whole way, but the the strongest I've ever felt. Still, kept it under 9 pretty much for the tempo portion, even went too fast in the cool-down. So, that means I could have gone faster in the tempo part? I don't know. Maybe it's the cold - it just doesn't let your muscles work to their max potential. Or that's just a good sounding excuse :)
