8.5 hours sleep, V8 banana and yogurt breakfast. OK run - thighs a bit sore for some reason. Still, a 9:40 pace was actually comfortable. I did push it a bit in a couple of instances, but not too much. Is a sub 10:00 pace really becoming my new norm?
