8 hours sleep, V8 banana cottage cheese coffee breakfast. New shoes seem a bit tight in the heel - heel and calf discomfort throughout the run. A hard 13, which isn't promising for marathon day. But a BEAUTIFUL day. Sat at a bench on the reservoir for a few minutes to soak it all in. Walked through the Public Garden and Common because it was BEAUTIFUL. You have to stop and take in the beauty, even if you're on a run.
