8 hours sleep, Toast eggs and coffee breakfast. Supposed to be 5 miles, but ran the wrong route for 6. Feet and calves hurt the first few miles - remnants from running in the new shoes yesterday. Felt stiff and plodding most of the way. Last mile was actually good. Guess it did help me recover from yesterday.
