8 hours sleep. V8, Pumpkin Ginger NRG Bar, whole milk Yogurt and banana breakfast. Small coffee on the way in. Lunch yesterday was a ribeye steak sandwich, dinner was Monti's pizza. Margarita Blox at 5 and 10 miles. Felt very good starting out, and very comfortable to mile 9 or so. Then lost a lot of energy and got the "weakies" - maybe leave out the coffee from now on?. Last mile was a struggle - but I began to get some energy at the very end. I wonder if I could have kept that up?
