Very ugly. Minefield of crunchy clumpy frozen footprint divots the whole way. Felt fine heading out the door - ready for a run, but the path made it impossible. Calves burned after a half mile from the hard surface. constantly changing footing and slippery ice. I don't know how I'm going to do this. Can probably do the 3 and 4 milers on a, gulp, treadmill, but if the trail is like this until spring... Gonna have to find an alternate route.
