8X600 w/1 lap shuffle. Target 5k pace of 64 seconds. Then Brian upped it for me to 62 seconds. That turned a hard work out into a killer. That puts my marathon goal time for training to 4:10. Um, that's definitely pushing it, to say the least!
Note - this mileage is off - really only 6.25-6.5 miles. Need to re-calibrate the watch for foot pod thing. My gait/form has definitely changed since the initial set up.
