Notes
Have a bit of a head cold, but, amazingly, felt strong the whole way. Walked the hill in the common at the end, but I'm amazed at how much time I picked up after that. Best 15 miler in a long long time. Had Gene's lamb and handpulled noodle soup for lunch friday, and simple spaghetti and salad for dinner - no seconds on the pasta. V8, banana, cup yogurt, half english muffin with almond butter breakfast, coffee and donut on the way in. Solid 9 hour sleep.
